Hi, My name’s Paul Dalson, and I’d like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome you to my blog!
I’m not sure exactly what to write, so I’ll just dive straight in with some information about me….
I’m a keen cricketer and I play for a local team every Sunday. I’m not the greatest bowler in the world (in fact I’m usually last to be picked!), but I have what I would consider to be a decent batting average of 50 runs per game. I’m not highly competitive though, as for me it is more about going out and having fun with my mates than the actual winning or losing.
I am also a keen sailor and fishermen, and I often take trips down to the Kent coast, where I have a small boat moored in a harbor. I don’t often catch much, but usually end up with at least enough fish for a decent BBQ when I return. I also have a lovely wife and 2 beautiful children (Boys), and they all love to come out on the boat fishing with me as well.
I have created this blog because I also used to be a fireman in a previous life, and hope to be able to share some information, or maybe even give some useful information back to the community.
I am also a Fire Engine enthusiast (for my sins), and hope to be able to share some of my photos with anyone who may be interested.
Ok, so enough about me, thanks again for visiting and I hope that you like what you see here!
